Who we are

GRAI Services is a venture of GRAI (Patrick Neicu). Contact for anything privacy-related: patrick@grailabs.ai.

What this website collects

• No analytics, no ads, no tracking cookies. This is a static site; we run no analytics or advertising scripts on it.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical request data (IP address, user agent) to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
• Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google and discloses your IP address to Google in doing so.
• Booking a demo. If you book a call, scheduling runs on Cal.com and is covered by their privacy terms; we receive the details you enter (name, email, notes).
• Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is relevant.

The product (for customers)

When a home-services company uses the GRAI receptionist, that company is the controller of its callers' data and GRAI processes it on the company's behalf under a data-processing agreement. Caller information is used to run the service (answer, book, alert your team), is never sold, and is never used to train public AI models. Calls are logged and transcribed for the company's own records; deletion requests are honoured.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, correction or deletion, and complain to your data-protection authority. Email patrick@grailabs.ai and we'll respond promptly.
